Our guests loved the food and service we felt it was a huge perk that we had plated salads and dinner rolls on the table when we went to the tent. It was the little things like that, that really touched us the most. We LOVED how they came up to my husband and I at cocktail hour asking if we wanted a plate of all the apps served (heck yes, because we didn't get to have ONE). They stayed with us, and made us feel so welcome. Reception was such a dream, with how the staff set up the room, turned over our gift table to the desert table. Cocktail hour was such a hit, and we had it in the main lobby of the lodge. She kept us organized during the crazy moments, and also calm that her and her team had everything. We were constantly on the same page with all steps. She also dealt with my Type-A, marketing/production planner myself, and all along I felt like we were a team. The catering staff and bartender were also so kind and helpful! The whole weekend was beautiful and was exactly what we always hoped for - thank you so much to Chelsea, Ben, and the whole team for making our dream a reality! She then made sure everything was set with the cocktail hour and reception and checked on us during the reception. She helped drive me and my parents over to the ceremony, chatted with us while we waited to get started, and helped make sure that ran smoothly. She was responsive via phone/text when we had questions. Chelsea was there for our rehearsal, and then arrived early for our 5am hair/makeup start with the food we ordered and to check in. There are countless examples, but I will focus on the wedding weekend. Through it all, Chelsea was courteous, friendly, professional, and very patient! She and her team went above and beyond to answer our questions and accommodate our wishes, even as they evolved over the past few years and through the pandemic.

I just tallied it up, and there were about 340 emails exchanged with Chelsea in total between 2019 and our (postponed) wedding in 2021, many of which were focused on options as we went through the pandemic, and many more were spent asking questions and finalizing the little details exactly how we wanted them. However, we took a chance and sent Ben Sills a dream photo, and he and the team found the perfect place to match our vision! We were sold after visiting that new spot, and from that point on (early 2019 or so), we had the pleasure of working with Chelsea Flynn. When we first visited, while we liked it a lot, we honestly weren't sold on the available ceremony venues.
